No restocking fees! All returns that are postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date will get FREE RETURN SHIPPING! Augustaria will cover the return shipping costs, and you will be refunded in full for the cost of your item.

Didn't get your return postmarked within 10 days? That's ok! If you mail back your return within 30 days of the order shipment date you will still get a full refund. Orders must be sent back using an insured shipping carrier. Orders that are sent back after 10 days, but use our return shipping label will have $7 deducted from the refund.

Note: Combining multiple orders as one return? The cost of the return label will be determined by the item with the oldest ship date.

We accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the your order was shipped
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to an alternate card or different forms of payment.
returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
Final Sale Items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Original shipping is non-refundable.
We offer free shipping on the first exchange from each order. You may request a second exchange on any order; however, shipping will be assessed on completion of your new order.
Most returns are processed within 3-7 business days after we receive your return. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email.
